Unfortunately, this story does not apply to those of us who frequent Walt Disney World, as most of us probably don”t live in California, but it’’s worth reporting anyway. The Walt Disney Co. has finally decided to give CA residents a break from the inappropriately high prices of Disney’’s California Adventure. Through September 4, CA residents will only have to pay $33 to gain admission to the new park, 23% off the standard admission price of $43. Each paying adult may also bring one child between the ages of 3 and 9 for free. With this price drop and the premiere of Disney’’s Electrical Parade on July 3rd, Disney hopes to increase attendance closer to their previous expectations.
