My ex wife threw out the trick or treat/ haunted mansion album
along with other halloween stuff i had since i was a kid!

As you may see by my website I have made a web page featuring this album if anyone wants a listen. As you may see I have many other Disney Haunted House or Haunted Mansion albums also uploaded to listening pages. They are all awesome albums. I never have made any of them into CD quality recordings though. I kind of like that crackle and pop sound myself. Let’s me feel like I’m listening to the album. Hope everyone enjoys.

I had the wonderful pleasure of transferring mine to CD last year and reconstructing the hjacket and such into a CD Jacket.

The album you posted a picture of, “Chilling, Thrilling Sounds of the Haunted House” is fantastic. By far the best “haunted house” record I have ever heard. Note that this album has nothing to do with the Haunted Mansion. It was basically a Disney attempt at making a really scary record, and they succeeded.
The back of the LP jacked has a warning that says “This album will scare your socks off”. They weren’t kidding – it can be really scary for kids.
I bought this album as a grade-school kid at Sears back in the late 70’s.
In the early 90’s I tried finding this on CD at Disneyland, and nobody had even heard of this thing.
I would LOVE to get my hands on a CD version of this, but they don’t seem to ever have made one. Although I took really good care of the LP back in the day, it’s still got crackles, etc. A CD version would really do it justice…

I want to see it I had never seen it before but I heard that it is a good movie to watch. I don’t know because i have never seen it in my life.
