Many Rock Stars including Shane MacGowan, Nick Cave, Bryan Ferry, Beth Orton and Pete Doherty are getting together and paying homage to what else….THE DISNEY SONG LIBRARY!

It kicks off for one day only on Sunday’s Forest Of No Return - Hal Willner Presents The Vintage Disney Songbook, at London’s South Bank Center will see the left-field stars playing their favorite songs from Disney movies. Some of the performaces will include Doherty playing Mary Poppin’s Chim Chiminey, I wanna Be Like You by Jarvis Cocker and others. The event that is set to be a good time for all music and Disney fans alike, is being presented by Van Dyke Parks who is organizing it and Hal Willner who is the producer on Saturday Night Live.

This event is going to be a great time because whenever you get Rockers doing their take on Disney Favorites, and in a LIVE setting, its always a time of fun, friends and memories.
