“Adventures by Disney” has revealed that they will be adding 8 new destinations to their itinerary starting in 2009. One of the new destination is my favorite adventure animal paradise, the Galapagos Islands.
According to USA Today:
Other new trips include Italy and Switzerland (Stresa, Zermatt and Lake Lucerne); Boston, Newport, R.I., and New York City; Sorrento and Florence in Central Italy; Lake Tahoe, Yosemite National Park and San Francisco; and Glacier National Park in Montana and Banff National Park in Alberta, Canada. The South Africa trip includes Capetown and a safari at the Kapama Game Reserve.
Sounds good to me. For more info about these and other Adventures, check out Adventures by Disney.

Sounds neat. I’ve been wanting to visit the Galapagos in particular, but I’ve heard mixed things about making travel arrangements…like locals ripping you off with extra “fees.” I trust Disney, though, so maybe I should book my adventure through them. It could be cool as long as they don’t make the giant tortoises wear Mickey ears.
