Twenty-nine exclusive Star Wars pins, covering all 5 movies, will be released the weekend after Episode II is released (May 16th). Disney Studios will be hosting a special Pin Event on Saturday, March 16th, 2002. The event will feature limited edition pins, artist signings, sneak previews of upcoming pins, and much more.
The event is $25 per person and require registration.

The Princess Ball Pin Event is two short days away. For those who are attending here is what the event will include:
- Exclusive event logo lanyard and unique event medallion
- Exclusive continental breakfast - Plus a limited number of guests, who upgrade their event, will also attend a Princess Character Breakfast at the Liberty [...]

Disney is auctioning off some limited edition Valentines Day Disney Pins at their auction site. The auction ends on February 14, 2002.

Their seems to be a shortage of replacement backings for pins. I have gone to every pin cart and store at the Disneyland resort and have not found one. Someone in California must be stockpiling.

Disney’’s official 100 Years of Magic Celebration web site has given guests an opportunity to collect 5 virtual pins. With each pin collected comes video clips previewing the upcoming celebration. So far, 3 pins have been “released”, with the next one coming out on August 27.

We have recently learned of a somewhat new line of pins available to Disneyland Cast Members only. The series will be of 10 limited edition pins (edition size of 3,000) of various themed trash cans around Disneyland. So far, four pins have been released: Haunted Mansion, Frontierland, Adventureland, and Main Street.
